For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we’ll offer you a full refund or a free exchange. We may need to verify the problem before we can process a refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect non-food item, you may exchange it free of charge within 10 days of delivery. To facilitate the return process, please ensure the item is in its original condition. Ts Family Foods will cover the shipping costs for returning damaged, defective or incorrect items. Steps to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund please contact Sri Yoga Narasimhar (SYN) Foods. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Returns: You will receive instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 days.
